Lesson: Sharing information and getting to know other students

My name is Susi Bibi. I currently work for Languagelab.com, where I am involved in the administration and marketing side of the company. Fortunately, I am lucky enough to be working in my dream job already. I love being able to think creatively and come up with new ways to market Languagelab.com to the public around the world.

My favourite meal in the entire world is Fried Chicken and Chips. I bet you can’t come up with anything better than that! ;) ha ha. It’s best eaten with a huge dollop of mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup. The mayonnaise has to be slightly warm too, as it tastes all vinegary then. Also the best bit of the chicken to eat has got to be the thigh and leg. I find the breast meat a bit tasteless. Owwww…. all this food talk is making me hungry! My mouth is watering and stomach is rumberling now.

Being able to speak English has given me so many more opportunities. I get to travel the world, meet new people and have the career I want.

What I particularly love about Languagelab.com are the people. Everyone including the students, teachers, helpers and City People are so friendly. I really do feel very lucky to be working here.

Anyway, now I want to know a bit about you guys. So please leave the answers to the questions below. Also please come and visit The Languagelab School soon. Places for the school are filling up fast. So if you want to join, please join ASAP.

I’m hungry, so I’m off to buy some Fried Chicken and Chips!

I hope I’ll be seeing you at the school. You’ll be able spot me, as I’ll be the Avatar eating a leg of chicken!

Languagelab goes Japanese!

Konnichiwa!!! Languagelab is proud to announce that we will be introducing a new and fully translated Japanese version of our current website. We now also accept payments in Japanese Yen, so it’s even easier to sign up with Languagelab! To celebrate this, the Languagelab mascot La-la is coming out of hiding. Can you guess what La-la looks like? A cat? A two-legged horse? Do you think you know? Send your guesses as a reply to this blog and the closest answer will receive a unique virtual cuddly La-la just for you! There have been rumours of sightings of La-la around the English city for some time now but no-one’s been able to get a good look. The Languagelab teachers are so frustrated by this mystery that they have offered a big reward for the first picture of La-la taken by a student. La-la is very shy and English City is very large. The last sighting was near the Grammar House but who knows where next time? Good luck and see you soon in English City;-)
